On 2/17/2020 PITT OHIO LTL, ECM Transport, and PITT OHIO's Supply Chain information systems were attacked by malware. Part of US Cargo's system has also been impacted. Currently we are working with our cyber security team to remedy this situation. We have determined that our email, API/EDI, Website and Tracking application are currently not functioning.
Previously, PITT OHIO developed a manual process to address this type of situation. Today we are implementing this manual process to pick up, linehaul and deliver your shipments. We will update our website and information systems once this problem is resolved.
Today, Tuesday, 2/18/2020 please book your pick ups with PITT OHIO by phone call or text message since our EDI/API, email and website are currently disabled. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this matter.
